How to play
BlueYard is an idle logistics game. Two actions only: buy, and upgrade. Everything else runs by itself.
1. Buy a tool
Open the shop and buy a forklift, a truck, a loading dock or a warehouse. Prices are fixed in dollars, paid in CRATE. No CRATE yet. Pay in ETH in one click instead. Without at least one tool, your hub produces nothing.
2. Watch it produce
Every tool has a production power. Your share of the game's fixed daily CRATE emission equals your power divided by everyone's power. CRATE accumulates in real time in the pending counter.
3. Mind the storage cap
Unclaimed CRATE stops growing once it reaches 24 hours worth of production. Come back and claim before it caps out to keep earning.
4. Claim freely
Claiming is free and has no cooldown. Claimed CRATE can be kept, spent on tools and upgrades, or sold on the pool.
5. Upgrade for more
Spend CRATE to upgrade a tool, levels 1 to 10. Each level adds 40% of the tool's base production. The CRATE spent on upgrades is burned, same as a tool purchase.
6. Chase the visual tiers
At levels 1, 4, 7 and 10, a tool's model changes completely, with a short transformation animation and a burst of blue confetti. A truck for example goes from a van, to a box truck, to a semi trailer, to a double convoy.
7. Hold YARD for a boost
YARD is never spent in game. Hold enough of it in your wallet and your production power gets boosted, which means a bigger share of the daily CRATE emission. Check the holder boost badge for your current tier.
About break even
Every purchase and upgrade shows an estimated break even time, how long until the extra production pays back what you spent, valued at the current CRATE price. Early tools and early upgrades break even fast. Later ones take longer, which is what makes buying CRATE on the pool worth it.
Demo mode
BlueYard is currently in phase 1, a fully playable demo. Wallet balances, prices, and the faucet are all simulated by the game server. No real funds or contracts are involved yet. Connecting a wallet is optional in this phase, you can play right away with a demo identity. The holder boost panel also lets you simulate holding different amounts of YARD, so you can preview every tier without waiting for phase 2.
